RETURN
Items purchased in-store may be returned within 7 days, but only if they have a manufacturer defect. All returns must be accompanied by the original receipt.
Please note:

Only in-store purchases are eligible for return.

Products bought from the SVG Worldwide store must be returned to that specific location.

Online purchases cannot be returned in-store.
REFUND
We do not offer refunds for change of mind or unwanted items.
Refunds will only be issued in the case of:

Missing items in your order
Each claim will be assessed, and supporting documentation (e.g., photos) may be required.
EXCHANGES
We do not reserve stock specifically for exchanges. If you'd like to exchange an item:

Return the defective item according to our return policy.

Place a new order online or purchase a replacement in-store, subject to availability.
